• Description of the order procedure

  You can use the date selection window to check the availability of the room(s) for the period you are interested in. The booking module will show all available rooms and the cost of staying in them. Next, you select the most suitable accommodation option for you, as well as select the payment method and click book. The number is reserved automatically.

• Payment methods

  You can pay for your stay on the hotel's website from the cost of the first night's stay up to 100% of the total cost of your stay. Payment is available via online acquiring (bank card) or by payment on an invoice issued to a legal entity or individual.

• Refund of funds

  When booking, you choose the booking and cancellation conditions, the free cancellation periods are indicated in the booking conditions in the tariff you choose. In case of cancellation of the reservation within the time frame that allows for free cancellation, the entire prepayment will be refunded in full to the same banking details from which the payment was made. The return period is from 1 to 30 business days.

• Payment rules

  Payment cards are accepted: VISA Inc., MasterCard WorldWide, NSPK MIR. To pay for the product with a bank card when placing an order in the online store, select the payment method: by bank card. When paying for an order with a bank card, the payment is processed on the bank's authorization page, where you need to enter your bank card details: card type and card number, the validity period of the card (indicated on the front of the card) Cardholder's name (in Latin letters, exactly as indicated on the card) CVC2/CVV2 code If your card is connected to the 3D-Secure service, you will be automatically redirected to the page of the bank that issued the card to go through the authentication procedure. Tips and recommendations on the necessary security measures for making payments using a bank card: take care of your plastic cards the same way you take care of cash. Do not forget them in the car, restaurant, store, etc. never transfer your full credit card number by phone to any persons or companies. Always have an emergency telephone number at hand for contacting the bank that issued your card, and in case of loss, contact the bank immediately . Enter the card details only when making a purchase. Never specify them for any other reason.
